To sign up to our collection service, please pop into the pharmacy and fill in the nomination form to nominate us as your chosen pharmacy. You will have to order your medication every month at least a week before to ensure it gives everyone enough time to organise your medication.
We do offer a FREE delivery service on Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am to 3pm.
